Find Finals Harmony during Week of Balance in the University Libraries

Feeling the finals pressure? You’re not alone. Fortunately, it’s just about time for the University Libraries’ Week of Balance — that end-of-semester extravaganza of events and activities designed to bring your stress levels down.

Will there be miniature therapy horses? Of course! Also dogs and cats, coffee breaks with snacks, yoga, crafting, games and more.

All events and activities are free, thanks in part to our co-sponsors and collaborators: Stampede of Love, the Student Library Advisory Board, Edible Campus UNC, Herban UNC, Student Wellness, ILSSA, The Sonja Haynes Stone Center for Black Culture and History, Carolina Women’s Center, Institute of African American Research and the Superhero Project.

Plus many of our spaces will have extended hours.

It’s our way of helping you make your sprint to the finish more of a calm stroll. Or at least a brisk walk.
