The Untamed World: Photographs by Robert Bolton, 1964-1969

“The Untamed World: Photographs by Robert Bolton, 1964-1969,”  featured a broad sample of Robert Bolton‘s black and white photography documenting scenes and people around his native Knoxville, Tennessee as well as subjects and street scenes in North Carolina, Manhattan, Louisiana and Georgia. The exhibition also displayed concert and backstage images from the Downbeat Jazz Festival in Chicago and the Atlanta Jazz Festival, including artists John Coltrane and Thelonious Monk, and images of a 1965 concert by Bob Dylan with backing band The Hawks, including Robbie Robertson and Rick Danko.
