Check out books recommended by your Library
For National Library Week, the Library has gathered recommendations from Library employees. With a wide range of e-books and audiobooks on OverDrive, there’s sure to be something to fit your tastes!
Share your favorite thing about the Library, send thank you notes to Library staff, enter to win a Kindle!
Throughout the week, the Student Library Advisory Board will hold tabling events where you can tell us what you love most about the Library, write thank you cards to Library staff, and enter a raffle to win a Kindle. You can find them in front of Davis Library at the following times:
Monday, April 24 from 12 to 1:30 p.m.
Thursday, April 27 from 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Visit the libraries for vintage buttons and special edition stickers!
When you visit Carolina’s libraries during National Library Week, you can pick up a vintage library button. If you visit Davis Library, Wilson Special Collections Library, R.B. House Undergraduate Library, or the Health Sciences Library, you can also grab a special edition holographic library sticker — these are only available during National Library Week (while supplies last). Get the gear you need to rep your favorite library!
Explore the wonders of Wilson Library at the Recent Acquisitions Evening
On April 27, from 6 to 8 p.m., Wilson Special Collections Library is holding its signature Recent Acquisitions Evening. Whether you are a Wilson regular or have never stepped inside, you are invited to an open house celebrating outstanding additions to the Special Collections. Get an up-close look at the wide range of rare and historical materials in Wilson and meet the people who work with them every day.
