Reconstructing Frankenstein’s Monster: Mary Shelley’s World in Print

To celebrate the bicentenary of this groundbreaking modern novel, this exhibition focused on the major issues of Mary Shelley’s time, including political turmoil in England and France, global exploration, medical experimentation, and sexual liberation. Curated by a class of undergraduate students, this exhibition reconstructed the world in which Mary Shelley created Frankenstein’s monster.
