Therapy dogs, cats and miniature horses. Coffee breaks galore. Yoga, crafting and a cathartic primal scream.

If it’s exam time, it’s time again for Week of Balance — the series of stress-busting events and activities designed to help you turn your stress into success. All events are free, thanks in part to our co-sponsors and collaborators: Student Library Advisory Board, Edible Campus and Herban UNC, UNC Children’s Hospital, the UNC Superhero Project and the volunteers who bring therapy animals to the libraries.

If you’re just looking for a place to study, you’ll find extra hours at most campus libraries.
