Ebola in Liberia Tracking Website

View Project Website

During the height of the Ebola crisis, the Research Hub helped develop a website to track the disease.
When a terrifying disease outbreak ravaged areas in and around Liberia, the Liberian Ministry of Information needed a way to track and communicate data about Ebola. They collaborated with the SI Newshouse School of Public Communications and UNC School of Media and Journalism to find a solution. Ultimately, a library associate at the Research Hub assisted the development of the website using data tools like CARTO and High Charts.
